The CitePayUSA.com website will undergo a software update 10/01/25 @7:30 MDT. We are expecting a 15 minute down time for Clerk Portal only.

Release Notes:

- Based on various feedback, we are moving the "Payment Plans" section above the "Balances" section in the balance lookup/checkout process
- Ability to opt out of having the "Pay All" button enabled
- Updating the payor name to keep the name entered in VT if a name is not returned by the processor
- Updating the Transaction Details Time and Report Export Time to respect the timezone of the court
